About

I'm a ceramic artist living in Jamaica Plain, MA — wife, mother of two, and grandmother, retired from a long and demanding career in medicine and science.

These days, my hands are happiest at the wheel or hand building unique pieces with clay. You'll find me at Indigo Fire Studio or immersed in Harvard University's Ceramics Program, shaping clay into something new. Pottery is my meditation — a quiet space, and a practice I return to again and again.

I create prolifically, and I give generously. Each piece carries a little of that spirit: made slowly, by hand, and meant to be used and loved.
